I made a payment, but the money did not come. What happened?
Funds are credited to your account almost immediately after making a deposit through an electronic wallet. The maximum processing time for this deposit method is 15 minutes.
However, it may take a little longer to deposit funds using different payment methods. Deposits made using cryptocurrency, credit or debit cards can take up to 24 hours to process. Deposits made using a mobile phone or M-Pesa, however, are much faster and can take up to an hour.
Changes in the time it takes to process a deposit are due to the payment methods. If more than 24 hours have passed since the deposit was made, and your balance has not been replenished, contact our support service with a confirmation of the payment.
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
There are various reasons why a withdrawal request may have been rejected. In most cases, withdrawals will be canceled by the payment method you selected.
First, make sure you have used the same payment method for withdrawals and deposits. Then make sure that you have provided all the information required to withdraw funds using the method you have chosen and that this information is accurate and correct.
If all of the above has been done as expected, but the output is still rejected, try clearing your browser cache / cookie and logging out and logging back in to your account. If none of the above helps, please contact support regarding this matter.
Do I need to go through verification to withdraw money?
In order to use some of the withdrawal methods, you do not always need to go through verification. If you need to go through the verification procedure, our support service will contact you to request the necessary documents.
How long after the withdrawal request will I receive my money?
Since transactions are processed by payment providers, the withdrawal time depends on the payment method you choose.
If you are using an electronic wallet, it should take no more than 15 minutes for us to approve the transaction, after which the funds should be credited instantly. However, if you are using a credit or debit card, withdrawals can take up to 7 business days, whereas withdrawals using cryptocurrency can take up to 24 hours.
I made a wrong bet, can I cancel it?
You cannot cancel a bet that you have already placed. However, you can try to sell your bid using the Sell Coupons feature that is available in your account or on the My Bets tab. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Are there any fees or taxes on winnings?
22Bet does not charge users any commission. However, the local tax authorities in your country may have laws regarding winnings from specific rates or capital gains in general, which stipulate that you must pay tax on your winnings.
Please note that you are responsible for complying with tax laws in your country with respect to any winnings or withdrawals from you.
How can I view the history of my bets?
You can see the history of your bets in your account by going to the section “My Account – Betting History”. In addition, you can receive regular reports on your activity by email.
Why didn’t I receive my registration bonus?
There may be several reasons why you did not receive your first deposit bonus.
First and foremost, please make sure you fill in all required fields in your account. Otherwise, you will not receive the bonus.
Secondly, make sure you deposit the minimum $ 1 required to qualify for the bonus.
Then make sure that you have not checked “I do not want to receive bonuses” in your account settings
